Due to Hawaii's Department of Liquor Control, the host is responsible for purchasing all alcohol. Because the event is on private property and not open to the general public — to host a BYOB event does not require a liquor license under the Hawaii Intoxicating Liquor Law.

We require a 60 day notice of event cancellation for a full refund. Any cancellation within the 60 day period will result in loss of deposit.
